Please bring any additional documentation to your appointment that you feel will be beneficial for Dr. Schuver to review.  You may also wish to contact any imaging center to have any medical imaging sent to Dr. Schuver in advance of your appointment.

 

Our office hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM and Wednesday's from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM.
